This section includes terms and conditions regarding our all services.  If there are additional rules for specific services you can find them in specific section.

If you aren't our client and you would like to place an order please read this section first,  it should make our cooperation much easier. We hope that this page will provide you with all necessary information. Although if you have any questions, feel free to contact us for an answer.

Product

Our main product is painting service for armies. We can paint any army for any system currently available on market. Our offer is created for players interested in high quality.

All photos available on our site shows miniatures painted by us and you can expect same results on your miniatures. We won't sell you service below quality presented on our page. Although we're flexible and we're constantly trying to provide the best services to our customers.

If you aren't player and/or you're expecting something different just let us know. We have experience in painting miniatures for shop showcases and manufacturer's catalogs.

Quotes

You can use our shop to purchase desired miniatures.

If you can't find your system in our shop please, send us email on jollyroger.studio@gmail.com. Make sure it includes name of system/army that you're interested in. We'll provide you with pricing spreadsheet for specific army or armies

Payments

If it's possible we'll process order through our shop if not we'll process it through email.

Outside Shopify we're accepting PayPal only. Our PayPal account is: jrscrew@jollyrogerstudio.org

We'll send miniatures only to customer that completely paid for commission. If you aren't sure that you'll be able to pay for commission after the job is done, don't place an order.

We don't accept returns. We can apply changes or repair damages, but we don't make money refunds. If you decide to cancel or abandon commission, we can't provide you with a return. 

By abandoned order we'll consider this cases when there's no contact with client over 30 days. We can always work out agreement but we won't wait forever.

Shipping

There are no shipping costs for you. It's one of our strong rules. You don't pay to get you miniatures, doesn't matter where do you live. Handling takes us 48h. We'll send you miniatures in our own package.

Please don't send us miniatures in army cases. Foams are fine. Shipping usually takes from 7 -14 days, depend on where do you live.

Only cost we won't cover is import taxes from you country. It's impossible to know every possible import taxes from every country. We aren't responsible for these kind of cost.

Although, we're provided our services to US, Canada,  most European countries,  Australian and even Hong-Kong and there wasn't single case when customer need to pay those costs. We just want to keep it clear.

Package

We're using strong card boxes, lot of bubble wrap and tissues. All models are separated from each other if some cases we'll put additional smaller boxes in main box. In some cases we'll send troublesome models in few separated, easy to assemble pieces. Every box will be sealed with packing tape and covered in packing paper. When you receive parcel, please make sure that parcel is still sealed.

Invoice

If it's possible we'll process order through our shop if not we'll process it through email.

When we establish all commission details, you'll receive invoice, please make sure it includes all items you ordered. When commission is done you'll receive second invoice via PayPal.

Models

Of course to complete your commission we'll need models. There are two options in this case. You can send us miniatures, in this option you'll need to cover shipping cost.

 When we receive them we'll send you email with confirmation.

We can also buy miniatures for you. We'll just add price of models to your invoice and you'll pay it with deposit. We're using regular Privateer Press, Games Workshop and Corvous Belli prices. There aren't additional shipping costs. When we buy them we'll send you email with confirmation.

Turnaround time

Usually it takes 3-4 weeks to paint 50 points Warmachine/Hordes roster or 1500 points WH 40k roster. However the most important factor is our backlog. Often we'll need time to finish ongoing orders before we start yours.

Of course, every commission is different and delays can occur. If you need you models before important tournament please let us know about it, we'll do everything to match your exceptions.

We can't take responsibility for shipping company, so be prepared for delays. Also in this case there wasn't single case with major delay in our painting career but we want to cover all possibilities.
